Neal- I agree. The possible deal will give ATHM a boost tomorrow. It is interesting that trading was halted. We will have to see what the pending news is exactly. Below are the specifics incase anyone is interested.

NEW YORK, March 31 (Reuters) - Shares of online video company Broadcast.com soared 6-13/16 to 125 on Instinet Wednesday evening before Nasdaq halted trading in the stock for pending news.

Yahoo! Inc. was also halted after the market close for news pending. No news on either companies has been announced.

On the Nasdaq, Broadcast.com closed at 118-3/16, up 4-13/16, while closed at 168-3/8, off 3-15/16.

Yahoo! was reported to be in talks to buy Broadcast.com in a deal that would help it meet growing demand for media-rich services like film and audio clips.
