peck - an unconfirmed report of shares out is worth a peck, Dan. If i held or was considering the paper i'd be interested in - 1. Confirmation of the above, preferably from edgar. 2. A clear explanation of when, why, and for how much shares were issued. 3. A clear explanation of all warrants and options outstanding. 4. A clear explanation of any and all relevant details concerning share structure. Sorry if i came across as hostile, Dan, I'm not, don't have a position here and don't know anybody with a position or contemplating a position. Not sure how i ended up on this thread, dimly recall it was because somebody said something snotty to my bud Jeff, who i know to be a smart and straight-up guy. I do feel strongly that companies should report before trading publicly. #reply-6495008
