I finally got through on the phone after being on hold for 15 minutes. The rep said he could do the IOI over the phone and then put me back on hold. I'm still on hold. It's been over 30 minutes since I first called.

I didn't use the telephone for my IOI. I placed it on the internet but I wanted to see if I even had a stinking chance at this thing. I have been placing a lot of IOIs but I've gotten Zip except for Priceline. I called their general info line.
