Andrew,
I read it all. If the buyout happens, please remember where you heard it, and send me a PM telling me I was right. Either way, the ride should be fun. I AM LONG IDTC. Jason W

You guys just don't get it do you?! There may not be an IPO, maybe only a spin off and a private placement. All is good for IDT shareholders. You don't have to trash David Wise with name calling to support IDTC share price. Whatever will be will be. You said,

"CBS has it right, there will be an IPO and several corporate investors."

They did not say there WILL be an IPO they said, there MAY be an IPO. Read it again and properly quote it next time. BTW IDT itself has NEVER guaranteed that there will be an IPO. I defy you to show me a link with one quote to that affect. Also, just because somebody writes something on this thread that you interpret as negative, they should not be called a short or any other expletives. Get mad at me if you want, but you know what I am saying is right.

I myself have 25% of my IRA in IDTC and I personally think that they might have an IPO. If I were to assign odds based on what the company has said in their public press releases and conference calls over the last 2 years I have followed it, I would say: 40% IPO; 60% spin off and sale to private investors.
