My thoughts exactly in some respects. Who gets custody of the caribou and the jays? Aber has put out lots of hot air but I have not anything yet that would move a judge to help them out in any way. Much more likely that Aber will get zinged with multiple costs for wasting the court's time and being a nuisance to Winspear. By Aber announcing that they refused Winspear's offer, it may be that they are trying to attract some attention for a better offer.
