Dear Bill, This is a private placement the company is not yet publicly traded. As I understand it, they are speaking with an investment firm called Dweyer Capital management and also a company called Bear and Chase Securities. Obviously it will be on the memoranddum. I'm getting a little disappointed as I was told that the web site would be up by now. However I was alos toldthat they were delaying for a short time to make a new page for the private placement. The way it works as I understand it is that I will get some shares but I can't sell them until the company is actually traded publicly. The first question I asked was what the ticker symbol was but he said that is part of the registration process so they don't know yet. But if you send a request to the company they will send you a package that will have all the information. I am waiting now for the web site to be open.

Sincerely,

Dick

Well, I talked to my broker at Baskervilles and she said they were onto this big time but that I didn't have a chance at any IPO stuff because I'm not a big time player yet. But she would put me on a list in case any of her majors decided the technology was too complex and didn't think it would appeal to very many back-end users.
