I liked your other observation as well, in that-- This last technical update was for the techies to get a grasp of this new discovery, and its legitimacy, imo (i.e., it was not a promotional release at all). A non-textbook type of deposit like this vast volcanic system needs lots of explanation for a better understanding (and hey, especially one of this implied magnitude). The extensive information included in the NR will aid qualified observers in judging the discovery's true prospects.
