I just went to CompUSA. I have returned with two brilliant observations!

-CompUSA is headed for Chapter 11. So much inventory, and so few customers. Unless all that stock is on consignment, we're talking
some real tailpipe action here.

-HWP is trying hard to make this quarter. I bet there is 5 HWP printers and scanners for every computer in the store. And I'm just talking HWP stuff, there's tons of the competitions merchandise. There can't be much margin in $249.00 printers that no one seems to interested in buying, and even less in the $149.00 jobs that sit week after week unsold.

I really wonder who is going to buy all this stuff. The supply of every type of computer ,printer,scanner, etc. seemingly overwhelms the demand at the retail level. If this is the profitless prosperity Bill Fleckenstein talks about in the Rap, I see the profitless.
