Alright!!! Who's willing to go??? I would like to see some action myself! This has gone on too far. It's time to put a stop to it and make management accountable! CSMA needs to go into receivership and get current management completely out of the picture. I still have ownership in this company. How much I don't know. The spin-off stock and it's not tradable, yet it's sitting in my account. So I consider that spin-off stock still a part of CSMA until it is fully transferable and trading. I "lost" money on the "deals" CSMA management has pulled and I seek some answers! Who can make it? It could mean a big difference as to where your investment goes from here! KZAP

Where did you here that? Notice of the meeting that is. I have been in contact with them and they have not mentioned it. I will vote NO to what ever is on the agenda just based on principle. If they try to have a vote without proper notification to the shareholders the SEC will step in.

Where will the document in question be posted? I'd sure like to see it. No proxy, no notice...I really don't buy it. I have received two mailing from CSMA in the past year, they know where I am.
