Morgan: It's mainly a recently recurring rumor that appears on the rumor boards like stockrumors.com

Well, if CSCO is serious about attempting a takeover, it would be wise to hold and if there's nothing to the rumor it would also be wise to hold. Either way, if you have any cash, it wouldn't hurt to buy some more Qualcomm unless the only stock you own is Qualcomm. In that case, you are already a wild and crazy guy (or gal) and will probably buy more QCOM anyway so who am I to say differently?
