Unfortunately for Aber they now have 15% less of an interest for sale.

Legal cases may be difficult to predict in general, but in the area of contract law there are few "rebel" or "revolutionary" judges.

The precedents are hundreds of years old. You simply cannot expect success in court based upon your own neglect of the specific terms of the contract.

I suspect that this is the specific reason why they still arm judges with a gavel. It is there to be used on boneheads.

Heard from a little birdy that someone from Aber is going to be kicking road apples instead of counting shiny rocks and drinking cocktails with the boys.
