It is much better to complete acquisition with price where it is now. In the future, there maybe a Nasdaq listing benefit also with an increased shareholders' equity. Depends on the allocation of the purchase price. Time will tell! I do like the fact that Johnson/Lett's
future is tied to the MG stock. Too many times in the past precious cash was the commodity of trade. This acquisition puts them in our shoes as shareholders.
