G'day Michael, This is probably a basic Stock trading 101 question, but I certainly don't understand. Regarding the CA offer to purchase PLAT. CA is offering $29.25 per share yet PLAT only increased to around $25 per share. I would have expected it to be up there nudging $29. Is that $4 difference accounted for by the doubts that the deal will really happen? If both CA and PLAT boards have already agreed to the deal doesnt that look like an easy $4/share in the making? thanks for your time, tom
