Here is my thought, we will go down further then we will go up . Seriously I think todays sell off by houses not individuals was for one important reason. I think many poorly returning mutual funds have been dabbling in Inets , this is against their mandates. They had to clear their positions at quarters end, a switch on the old window dressing game, always a new twist.
