Thanks Mact, although it seems like there's some discussion on the thread about this. Maybe I have a realistic shot of getting my 100 shares after all, since I'm in at 5:33. I need to call Etrade to confirm my IOI, inquire about calling in IOIs, and also lambast them again for such a shoddy job with this offering. KJ

<you can place offers for all ipo's via phone(if you can get through that is).....im power etrade so i use special number that everyone im sure has by now.....> mact, I too am Platinum Level (10 trades a day or so) and I talked with two different Platinum Phone representatives who specifically told me they could NOT accept IOIs via the phone. Just goes to show you that at ETrade it's not who you know - it's who you talk to --- if you don't like the answer you get, just call back a couple of minutes later and you'll get a different answer! Regarding asking for the password, here is my take: I think anything would work, as long as you type in a word. Unless they are planning to synch up database with value america password database, which seems like it would be a lot of trouble. Prob. anyone that went to the value america site and got the cookie is OK. Late now, but what I did was enter a made up word for password. I was already a value america customer but forgot password. Then, after time stamp at 5:23 Eastern, I went to value america site and changed my password to the word I made up. Wow, this is almost like a game!
