If it cost Broadcast founders $100 Million to do the technical details and business deals for their service, that is what it will cost anyone to duplicate.
The same can be said of all the internet stocks, (Price/Book). So, what's your point?

By that argument how much would it cost to duplicate EBay's offering ? Surely not 18 Bill which is what Ebay is worth. Interesting to note that AOL and MSFT were interested in BCST.
