News.com said as of March 15 share count was 36.8mil, but wsj said it is 44mil now. Darn, where does those 7.2mil shares come from?

$5.7 Billion - HUGE PREMIUM - 52% OVER 10 DAYS AGO

Yeah but about 20% less than 3 months ago. I'm not esp. happy about it. As a BCST holder I was hoping for a good long term hold along the lines of AOL, a market dominator. 1000% return, not 100%. Now I feel that YHOO shares will dilute this return. I can see what BCST adds to Yahoo but I don't see much benefit to Broadcast.com, it could have been a big winner. Oh well.
