March is March, April is April (Psychological view)
Since it seems to be a forgone conclusion that BID.COM is going NAZ in April, any possibility houses are trying to push the price down now (in March) to then get in for the big April Run up?
Just wondering?

On 3/31/99:
23 houses were net ++ on BII shares
19 houses were net -- on BII shares
2 were even
