I see no requirement to be a VUSA customer, unlike PCLN. I see no reason to ask for a customer number. Can't anyone from Etrade give us a reason for asking ?

I got in at 1814 est, via the phone, the phone message was still playing a recording stating that it was suspended. It did not hurt to ask in my case, and she stated " we are now ". Thus it was still open for 1 hr. later, unlike ZD net that went in minutes.
