<<Could be released anytime tonite or tomorrow>>

Guess we can rule out tonight. Tomorrow is April 1st. Wonder what the memorable joke will be honoring the occasion. Hope it isn't....

Leaks...

The honest decent part of my human nature can appreciate a company that can control internal business interests as they effect the movement of the stock price. However, in observing human nature (as we all have in one form or another), leaks seem inevitable no matter how much someone tries to control them. Rarely will a stock price only move upon the release of some news item. Usually, someone knows ahead of time, and, good or bad, the price reflects the news prior to its release. Given this scenario, what is the probability that all the significant news, minus the 4Q and year end report(s), has already been released?

Guess we'll find out one way or another.
