Natrav: I use an "unorthodox" method of investing in juniors which have lots of liquidity and potential; I scale down geometrically eventually reaching a very low cost/share. On the first bounce, capital is recovered and most often a nice profit as well. You are from the "old school" of thought; keep your losses small, let the profits ride, don't buy until you know what is there, etc. Good solid points, but not much money to be made that way. Remember, there is ALWAYS at least one bounce after a low has been made. The risk with the method is when the company runs out of money, so one must be watching cash flow carefully. This method is NOT for everyone; takes nerves of steel!
