Teflon, I just finished reading that story Paul posted.
I agree 100% with your interpretation.
I feel exactly the same way. I think he is telling them to stop the nonsense about a break up or radical remedies and get on with it.
IMHO, HE NOW NEUTRAL, unlike when MSFT disobeyed his Windows95 court order. He has gotten his revenge by embarassing MSFT executives.
Now he has sent the states the signal to get serious!!!
I had been sensing that he will start making comments hinting to the states and DOJ that don't think you have won yet; work out a deal while you can.
