The "Notice of Shareholders Meeting" states: "You are invited to attend the meeting in Person. This is NOT a proxy solicitation and no proxy is solicited by the company. You are entitled to vote in person, or, pursuant to section 2.10 of the by laws of this corporation, by a written proxy executed by a shareholder duly entitled to vote and filed with the secretary of this corporation BEFORE or AT the time of the meeting." (BTW, the above entire paragraph was in capital letters, I only capitalized certain ones.) Happy investing! KZAP
