Yes, Ed. I've been thinking this logic makes sense for some
time too. But actually, if I had to guess on a takeover
for PAIR.... would guess what no-one else has?..... AOL.

AOL has to have xDSL to stay competitive with the so-called
cable modem power house ATHM/T/ECIT, which IMO is starting
to look like a broadband monopoly.

Guess it doesn't matter if AOL buys out PAIR. AOL is going to
push xDSL demand so fast, PAIR wins either way, long term, IMO.

Re: BRCM and Pair, I'm no technician but if they are parallel technologies wouldn't BRCM (which I hold and think is going to be great) defocus by getting involved in PAIR or is their some integration possible that I don't understand...
