David: Excellent research!! I did notice that Basels Holdings went Up even though they were posting Sales. I was wondering about that, and you have cleared that up.

Ok, so we have Basel NOT buying in Dec 98, Jan 99 and only small buying in Mid Feb. 99. He is going to have to keep buying for a very long time to eat up that float.

All else is the same.

As for not posting to me, that is only if you are want to flame. If you want to talk stocks, post away... : )
