I got IOI in on phone with time stamp of 2:33 Cal-time. Immediately joined ValueAmerica with code name I gave e-trade rep. My limited DD shows it might be a company with promise. Any other ideas?

Bala, well I am in on the gimmick :) I became a member a few days ago just in case.

I think with Etrade we have to accept that this process is always going to be a bit bizzare. Much like when you call a rep, you never know what you are going to find out.
