Hawaii, you're comparing apples to oranges when you compare IDTC to eBAY IPO. You could not buy a company that owned eBAY before the IPO. So you either bought eBAY at IPO, or nothing. Ditto for Priceline.

A better comparison is MALL which spun off UBID.

Also, it is unlikely, and to my knowledge the company has never even mentioned giving shares to holders of IDTC. MALL plans to give shares of UBID to holders of MALL, but not until June "at the earliest". And UBID has been out a long time. You see, giving shares to shareholders defeats the purpose.
