Yeah. Pretty sad. I don't see where this is good at all. I suppose this is better than bankruptcy, but I've built in my mind that this would be the worst possible scenario.

So, can anybody tell me why this company isn't going to screw us all out of our investment with this deal?

So, why did we authorize all those extra shares?
