Just in response to what Raven said, expecting the market to be rational is asking a little much. A lot much. If this stock stirs your ire, you'll have a ball in the internet section. I took a look at @home (an internet provider); $150 mil loss on $50 mil sales, and a market cap of $14 BILLION. Excuse me while I pick up the lower half of my face. What about AOL valued at almost $10,000 per customer? I'M FOR SALE!! Granted that's the internet, but curing 13 of 15 people of cancer should be allowed a little excitement too.

As per no news for 12 months, in the meantime you get more people discovering the story & accumulating. "Word spreading". An absence of sellers too; news like we just had won't exactly send people rushing for the exits. Combine that with buyers of bulk (and today had bulk), and you're facing a stiff wind. At least you're doing it with more class than most.

I took about 1/3 off the table at day end, so that much less to work through. I did it mostly out of concern for the overall market though. Ride on. ID

The link is broken, but try this:

Looks like the FBDIX fund has not had a particularily good first year investing in its area, biotech. The fund is still pretty small at only $83M. I wonder how much research they are getting on their targets. My guess is that they have as much of an idea about the company as any long term IMCL thread reader.
I was looking thru the T/FIF thread trying to find some addition backgnd. There are several posts showing FBDIX's progress.

Regarding IMCL, on the semi + side:

From Post 502 of T/FIF thread

...Four executives at ImClone bought a more modest 49,603 shares between Oct. 2 to Dec. 29. Director David Kies led the way, buying 31,603 shares. Mr. Elliot was particularly impressed by the consistency of Mr. Kies's purchases. Mr. Kies exercised options to buy stock and then bought shares on the open market when the stock price fell below the options price, Mr. Elliot said. "Some might say he was wrong, but his persistency impressed us -- it shows a sign of confidence," he added.

From Post 553 of the T/FIF, (Richard Harmon is a well respected contributor to several SI threads targeted at biotechs.)

Disclaimer: I do not own IMCL, but would like so soon (at lower prices of course!)
