Teamball,

THANKS a MILLION!! These are the kind of things we need to hear. Anyone else that lives in the area ought to do some more "surprize" visits. It only helps to reinforce my feelings about DGIV.

Teamball. You're a winner!!!

<<<The company WILL be reporting in the very near future. Edgar, the whole route.>>>>

Sure they will...

"Also, in the concluding paragraph of the September 30, 1997 PR it says, "As of February 1997, audited financial statements indicate company shareholder equity of $4,688,332, and as a result, meets the requirements for NASDAQ small-cap listing. Digitcom will file for small-cap status in the coming days." - techstocks.com

Again...

PR Newswire - April 02, 1998 06:30

Management of Digitcom Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:DGIV), anticipating the results of outside auditor Alex D. Domantay & Associates' report due in mid April, announced the company's intention to file Form 10 and become a fully-reporting corporation.

The company will take this action with the aim of listing on Nasdaq's
Small Cap market. Digitcom will fulfill all the financial requirements
for listing on the Nasdaq small cap market and as soon as the stock meets the $4.00 price requirement we will move on making the necessary filings," said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO.

This company has a strange definition of "very near future"...

This might be old news, but has anyone visited Digitcom's website lately?? Looks like they added some music. Not important to the stock or the company, but it's pretty cool.

Teamball,
Thank you very much for your description of the offices and of your conversation with a Digitcom employee.

Your post was like finding a cold Moosehead lost at the back of the fridge.

Happy trading

tb,

Only thought I have to your post is that the SEC does not divulge information nor answer queries about ongoing investigations. According to your post the only person at DGIV upon your visit was the office manager (the very high level company official??) and I seriously doubt he/she would be privy to information concerning the above.
