The worst that can happen if they don't file is that they get a letter from Nasdaq telling them they will be delisted.

But wait a second. They aren't trading there now, are they? So what does it matter?

Anyway, I'll bet they file by Thursday morning. The Naz accepts that as an on-time filing, and they want to trade on the Naz, so they'll do it. Just as soon as they figure out how many dusty old aluminum wheels are sitting in inventory in Baja.

So, on April Fools Day, they filed an NT-10k saying that their filing will be late, and that they will report a "substantial net loss".

The reason the filing is late, it says, is that it can't get its act together:

The Company has not been able to complete the compilation of the requisite
financial data and other narrative information necessary to enable it to have
sufficient time to complete the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K by March
31, 1999, the required filing date, without unreasonable effort and expense.

Things aren't looking very good...The short interest report is very abnormal. What in the world is going on. Being late on your 10-k is pretty embarrassing. Hopefully TRBD is resolved before this millenium. Delisted or not, everyone deserves an answer.
