Hi John;

Maybe this is the end of the expansion financing and now they can concentrate on selling and making money. They will have to make lots of it just to pay the interest. A 1/4(roughly)/annum. That's $700,000 each year. 8% of the rate can be paid in shares @ $0.50 each. That will put the brakes on any rise in the share price above $0.50!

On the positive side, I'm sure the lenders expect to get paid back. They'll get it in interest in 4 years! Then the principal. That's a double in 4 years. Then I guess it's the shareholders turn; but wait a minute, isn't there more debt out there? Or is this one just announced a refinancing of old debt coming due?

I'm lost. All this debt depresses me. I think I'll go have some "Chunky Monkey". ;-)
