Is this still the effects of the Bear Sterns coverage? Is a mutual fund accumulating? Will the suspected mutual fund unload later at a nice profit and drive the price down?

I don't see any interesting insider activity, just some sales of small portion of options excercizes. I might say strong insider buying could move a stock like this. If this is it, it looks overblown.

My guess is:

They have been basing and have now broken out.
They are a major player in an up and coming field.
Their earnings are improving and earnings release date is approaching.
They have had good anal-ist recommendations.
They are under accumulation.
They were given a stock price projection of 18-20
