Wexler - the only thing you can assure anyone of, with any assurance, is that you are short Valence and want the stock to go down. Other than that, you have no evidence of anything, only assumptions.

'Mister' Wexler, repeating your lies won't make them come true.

1. Valence HAS production capability.

2. Valence has a competitive advantage with their current (Manganese) technology, and you'd better do patent research to see who really ties up the Manganese patents. It's not just Valence, but they ARE the only ones currently licensed in the U.S. However, the next generation using the phosphate materials WILL be controlled by Valence and their newest patent(s). And the Japanese li-ion manufacturers are going to drop their use of cobalt and come to Valence for their phosphate patents.

3. Valence is NOT in 'dire' financial straits. They've made the bold move to create a facility with far greater economies of scale than their potential competitors, and spent money at a much higher rate this year to do this. It is about to pay off in spades.

Feel free to keep shorting. But I really doubt you are. Rather, you are deeply fearful of your current short position, and seem to think you can find some naive sap to sell you his shares. You came to the wrong place. We've done our research, and placed our bets with Berg, Shugart, Roberts, and Lev Dawson.

The cards are about to be played out.
