Here is today's PR which caught my attention.

STI and JDF Collaborating to Advance Cellular

long-term survival of Sertoli cell/islet grafts in both
lower and higher animals. The new STI-JDF collaboration
will develop Sertoli cell/islet allografts-using tissue
from the same species-to cure diabetes in animal and
preclinical models.


part of the reason I bought ctii was just this sort
of thing...

fyi...Neocrin and Neurocrine also come up on a recap query
using just "islet".
