I hope this matter is discussed by the company first thing tomorrow. Del was not well-regarded in this discussion and on Yahoo. If all this resulted in was ditching the "Inprise" name, the stock would hold up, but of course there needs to be a clarification of why the resignations took place, what the corporate strategy is now, and how sales have held up. The stock is pretty cheap for a company that isn't bankrupt, but for those who think software companies cannot sink further, QDEK provides a lesson to the contrary.

If Del's replacement is more of traditional Borland person, I think this news will be well-received. If not, don't look for a good reception by investors. That's my opinion.
