people RE-READ the press release. I don't have enough insight to comment on the convertible deal, but it is clear to me, and should be clear to you that GM isn't interested in supporting itself on the few thousand portico subscribers it gets from people like you and me. They are expanding thier NOC so that they can accomodate MAJOR TELCOS and INTERNET companies. Go back and RE-READ. I think that they are smart enough to realize that that is where the big dollars are going to be comming from. regards, and best of luck to us all tomorrow!
