The auditors are well underway in the auditing of our records and Books for completion of the 10K for the year ending December 31, 1998.

A change in auditors resulted in new auditors not being engaged until late March of 1999.

The written discrepancies between the 8K and the shareholder's letters are cause for serious concern. This should not be acceptable to any honest investor.
