The speculative frenzied buying of some internet stocks seems to be originating from the online retail investors' accounts. Most of them do not have access to Canadian markets..

In the first few days on the Nasdaq - the hype can easily create enough demand for several million shares.

Bid.com is up again today. But check out this new product that offers free long distance calls over the internet with no equipment to buy. When the IPO hits it should make bid.com look like child's play.
