There were previous reports that we have inserted troops into Kosovo, the same way we did in Desert Storm. I think you're right, these guys were a deep insertion, and got plucked. I think they would have fared better if they had died fighting. Milosovic is going to make the most of them. I wonder whether any of them will wind up in Saddam's hands in exchange for some favors. Boy, would Saddam love to get his hands on a U.S. soldier.
