Pat, Woke this morning to this news and was immediately thrown for a loop. IF this is an incursion of Serbian troops into Macedonia, then that ups the ante a ton, but IF it's Macedonian citizens loyal to the Serbs, then that's a different story. Still no resolution as of 0800 hrs (0100 EST). The Kumanovo area is historically Serb-sympathetic, so the second possibility seems more probable. I just don't want to think that Serb forces came 5 km into Macedonia, opened fire on a US Hummer and then took the occupants hostage. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Rory.
