You know Fred, I just hopped over to the CREAF corp newsgroup thread. My netscape e-mail died and I was checking everything to make sure it still worked.

There is actually still activity by Chris Owens. He posted graphics temporarily on a hidden directory on the web site. Graphics of possible names for new products. Hard to tell what they were from his post, and there was really no feedback to indicate what they might be.

I asked him to repost them, and also to contact me through e-mail so that I can ask him about the "jack" product line. Believe it or not...whackjack.com and pianojack.com are not jokes! I hope to get some answers soon and of course will be posting anything I find.

Brian

What would sony do with CREAF? After the playstation2 is out in a few it will make the SBLive look like a bad dream... SBLive is junk to sony as for panasonic... what can it do for a card maker? Better question, why would panasonic care?

POTENTIAL is the KEY word of why I HAD shares of creaf... and after CREAF lost out on realnetworks / mp3 / nviada / 3dfx / late sblive and on and on it was VERY VERY VERY clear that CREAF had the potential to OWN SOUND and VIDEO and a big part of the web. What did it take from all that might have been? Not a big part of the web, not even a small part of the web, but nothing of the web... 0 points on the web end of game. Video it now has... what it did a small part of a small profit... wow. Sound it has the sblive the last or next to the last sound card that will be a NEW idea. Only thing is AC3 audio which when the playstation2 is out who cares what CREAF is doing i'm getting a PS2 and the FU*K with upgrades and crashes from microsoft and cards and the unholy lot of pc junk. The PS2 with a dvd player inside HOT video and ac3 sound will be all I need and at a little more than what a list sblive costs... The hell with PC games. Note: I have not purchased a game console in over a decade but I will buy a PS2.

I see little in this stock and I would sell now if I owned some take the write off and buy ATHM!!! @home is the wave of the future and it has a dream that like the PS2 I WILL own and would pay more than what both Cos. are asking... Also with the FREE PC waves coming in now the HARDWARE PC side is going to get smashed like I said some time ago. Why buy a $200 sound card when the PC costs only 300-500 at this point, next year $150-200 PC's will be both fast and cheap and its clear CREAF can NOT charge much at all... DOA
