Nothing "irresponsible" about it. Just using a little common sense.

My guess is that the stock really won't move much tomorrow (up or down) and will decay over time. That's because the stock has already priced in Hextend approval, and then some. There is nothing magic about Hextend, and the market for plasma expanders is somewhat limited and dominated by far cheaper products. This isn't subject to debate, and I'm not going to get into silly arguments when all the scientific data is publicly available.

My guess is now that the speculation has been removed from the stock, it will be judged solely on its economic merits...making this perhaps one of the best shorts out there.
