As one of Wexler's sheep.. you should remember this quote:

From: Bill Wexler Thursday, Mar 4 1999
What irks me about CPU is that today's news release directly contradicts the forward looking statements form (sp?) their last earnings report. (damn, I can't base my investing on sec filings)
I find it difficult to believe that the outlook could change that rapidly inside 8 weeks for a retailer of this size. (God, I look stupid)
I'm beginning to think that we've been had. I've taken losses in the past, and I've had some negative surprises...but what happened to CompUSA today goes beyond a negative surprise. I think management was deliberately deceptive. (gee, someone other than me must be to blame)
Usually I'm very good at sniffing out stock promotion fraud and I've profited from it. Maybe this is Karmic retribution. These guys really had me fooled. (not exactly a feat of magic, Bill)
Shall we substitute VLNC for CPU? Looks like Bill's followers have missed his latest MAJOR screw ups. Welcome to his most recent... VLNC. The guy is batting 000.00 lately! Before that, he must have been taking credit for someone's ideas who actually researched companies before recommending them as shorts.

When do you think the correction will begin, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year? And how deep, 9500, 9000, 8000? I also think there will be a correction, someday, and of some depth. Valence will probably be above 40 by that time and will weather it very well. I'd suggest you cover now, but I don't think you even have a position in the stock. Aren't you just here at Wexler's request to add support to his failure hypothesis?
