Humbly report, Larry, don't have a scientific formula for it, but having watched MVIS/W for a long time now, seems to me MVISW trades roughly at about 1/2 the value of MVIS, for a while now. Whenever they diverge the diference is soon evened out. So far that is, and it was not that way a while back, so no guarantees for the future. Cheers, Svejk proofsheet.com P.S.
