Mark, slow down, I am quite new with this stock. Josef ask that I look over the patents of MVISm fine, I go on a search engine and fine three patents assigned to a Microvision in Ohio, not related to VRD, I ask Josef if he has some better pointers, he gives me four patents, I look at two that are supposed to be the corner stone of the technology and I puke. You want me to keep that to myself or tell you what I find? You guys have been researching this company, I presume for a long time, you have been talking to management, so someone here, please point me to what is unique and what are the barriers to competitive entry erected. Sure the company is on a roll, they have done a very good financing (but $5 MM will not carry them far at their current burn rate, I presume you all know exactly how far it will carry them and when they'll need more money), they are "about" to land a big defense contract, are "about" to get into the medical, commercial and industrial market, and it "could" all happen. But you must ask yourself simple questions, like where do you need to have the SPC for penetrating each of these markets, what profits margins does the government allows on such contracts, what will be the timing, does that justify a market valuation of $100 MM and so on. All I see is a choir of Rah, rah, rah. Josef, since you have been through the IPM saga, you should remember how mysteriously and magically, the stock would get just above the point that tranches of outstanding warrants would be exercisable, I believe that the $16 level is one such level here. A company is only worth what the discounted value of their future earnings is today, chose your discount rate, build a model of the next five or 10 years earning and show the thread what is your game and the basis for the current valuation.
