SNIPPETS FROM: Newsletter "Guerrilla Warfare and Investment Community Tactics"
two2b1@hevanet.com State you are not a day-trader nor a Market maker in a Gentlemen's Agreement to get on the list.

PMGI: DD Summary - Another "Classic" profile Pick. Undervalued. Small Float. (Mostly bought up and held by "Investment Groups") Strong accumulation and volume signals. Start digging, there is a lot to find. Good "Strait Shooting" Management. They are Poised to profit and expand from market trend shifts, Y2K, Political distresses, "Conflicts and Wars," natural disasters, and foreign market demands.

Today two people were kicked from the "Community List" for spamming/"hyping" PMGI. Both were ejected with final warning and reason given; "Not a Team Player" One demonstrated "Integrity" and is back on the list.

VERY IMPORTANT:
The MM's are very short on this one out of the chute.

3/31 - 4/1 MM TACTICS REVIEW:
1) They posted buy orders as sell orders at the bid many times throughout today, hiding their tactic with a large spread.
2) Used a large spread to discourage buying and veil unethical trade reporting.
3) It looks as though they incurred "Cost of business" cheap selling a few times as well.
4) Monday they might go right for trading large blocks back and forth at the low bid to try a shakeout.

REMEMBER:
1) About Market Makers
--- They do not control stocks, buyers and sellers do.
--- They manipulate stocks to "Control the Behavior" of buyers and sellers.
--- The investors that they are least successful against are "Team Oriented."
