YHOO will rise tomorrow. Even though this may be dilutive, it's a great combo and it seems that most people on the street already knew that the deal was coming. I think if the street thought this was a
bad deal the price of yahoo would be much lower than it is today.

On Wednesday, Broadcast.com (BCST) rose 4 13/16 to 118 3/16. In after-hours trading, the stock ran up to 125 before being halted at 4:36
p.m. Eastern time.

Shares of Yahoo fell 3 15/16 to close at 168 3/8 Wednesday. Trading in
Yahoo also was halted after rising in after-hours trading on Instinet.

RNWK is now up for the grab. I predict it will be devoured by one of the giants, AOL, or ATHM or MSFT very soon. YHOO will not buy RNWK since it had its hands full already. Since I also own ATHM, I wish ATHM will buy it.
