The complaint about SellFirst was sent to SEC. Here is my philosophy on the subject... In fact three complaints were sent: the original one and two updates. Everything has been copied to SI administrator and ZSUN for reference to their attorney, should they think it is appropriate. In fact, SEC encourages this type of report, as it saves them time in their regular monitoring of illegal activities on various boards. You should also know I don't bluff. When I think I have found a good stock (a great one in this case), I will defend it strenuously. It works both ways: if I identify a company of dubious quality shamelessly hyped by professional touters who operate under various aliases and don't disclose their relationship and reward, then I make every effort to warn would be investors of the true situation. Many regulars on SI know that the above statement is a fact. I am also compiling a data base that includes the various aliases and posts believed to be illegal from various posters on SI, who often happen to be shortsellers. We'll see how it all pans out, since it is a recent endeavor for me and there is no guarantee of success. I also never short stocks: I just make my money the hard way by finding undervalued companies with great potential: ZSUN, XNET, WCAP, etc...
