Thank you Glenn for the first reasonable post in the last 30 or so. The rest have been filled with testosterone fed b..ls..t!

I agree fully with your evaluation. If the releases are factual the appreciation we have seen may be justified, although we can't exactly do projected cashflow analysis on asia4sale or the "free pinmail => projected advertising revenue". However that's internet stocks for you and those were not the reasons I bought this stock.

For the record, I bought 800 shares @ $6.25 and have sold 200 at $25.75 to cover my principal. Obviously I am very happy with that situation and relaxed about the developments. My high risk period is over! I said yes round about when you said no. No, I am not gloating, just happen to be lucky/right so far on this one. I did sweat about the risk for at least a month or so, so I did pay the appropriate price.

I fully agree with the "Buyer Beware" statement from some of the recent posters. All buyers of stocks should beware... they are risky... and the more risky, the greater the potential return...what's new here? Risk is usually borne out in insufficient information to accurately predict the future earnings of the company...what's new here?

If you believe that Tobin is a fraud, don't buy!
If you have been watching the way this company puts together item after item of intelligent strategy then I believe you will agree with my view that ZiaSun is not a fraud. They have a unique way to use the internet forum to do real business (unlike many other such stocks). That's why I believe their management are real business people that will provide real profits and real growth. The latter will be produced by their ability to build profitable services around the websites and will be supported and accelerated by the inevitable growth of the internet itself.

Looking forward to more good news, which I am sure will come soon..

Oliver Schonrock

The complaint about SellFirst was sent to SEC. Here is my philosophy on the subject...

In fact three complaints were sent: the original one and two updates. Everything has been copied to SI administrator and ZSUN for reference to their attorney, should they think it is appropriate. In fact, SEC encourages this type of report, as it saves them time in their regular monitoring of illegal activities on various boards. You should also know I don't bluff. When I think I have found a good stock (a great one in this case), I will defend it strenuously.

I guess I have nothing better to do in life, since I retired early and I am reasonably wealthy. Besides, I have a crusader mentality and have this inborn propensity to defend the oppressed against the bullies and the good companies against the actions of the stock manipulators and the publishers of lies, misrepresentations and innuendoes.

It works both ways: if I identify a company of dubious quality shamelessly hyped by professional touters who operate under various aliases and don't disclose their relationship and reward, then I make every effort to warn would be investors of the true situation. Many regulars on SI know that the above statement is a fact.

My plan is simple: I have identified a lawyer who operates in the building where SI is headquartered, so I can obtain the rapid service of subpoenas to find out the real identity of posters publishing illegal material. I have another lawyer friend who is willing to take on certain cases on a contingency basis (he is paid a percentage of judgements for damages) when it comes to blatant lies, libel and defamation spread on certain threads for the purpose of damaging the reputation of a company and financially benefiting when shorting its stock.

I am also compiling a data base that includes the various aliases and posts believed to be illegal from various posters on SI, who often happen to be shortsellers. We'll see how it all pans out, since it is a recent endeavor for me and there is no guarantee of success. I also never short stocks: I just make my money the hard way by finding undervalued companies with great potential: ZSUN, XNET, WCAP, etc...

Happy legal investing!
