Sure, no problem if the actual boot takes place from FAT16.
Our least common denominator<g>. For some reason I thought
you were booting FROM a FAT32 primary partition, which was
what I was asking. Come to think of it, though, that might
possibly work if Win 98 did the dual boot, same as NT booting
the Fat32 OS in reverse. Not clear why you'd want to, though.

Very interesting, Dan. Would like to hear more on the read-only NT fat-32 utility. It's been rock solid reliable? Where can it be obtained, and how much? TIA, Dave
